Client Requirements

For the safety of both our staff and dogs’, we require up-to-date health and vaccination records. We are happy to contact your veterinarian for your convenience.

We also typically require that your dog pass a ‘meet and greet’ with our team to ensure they are a good fit for a daycare setting, and that they do not demonstrate overly aggressive behavior (to dogs or people).

We do not require, but we generally recommend as good practice, that dog owners have pet insurance to ensure their pups have access to the best care if required.

Fleas and Ticks

We do not accept pets with fleas or ticks. If you have recently been to areas known for ticks, we request that you check your pet thoroughly before bringing them for daycare or boarding.

Daycare and overnight guest requirements

• Spayed/Neutered (older than 6 months)

• Bordetella Vaccine

• Negative Fecal test for puppies
